Pascal Cotat shares 2,3-hectare Les Monts Damnes, one of the greatest site for Sauvignon Blanc in the world, on the steep slopes of Chavignol in Sancerre, with his cousin Francois Cotat. He harvests the grapes perfectly ripe and makes the wine with minimal intervention.
The wine is powerful with notes of white fruits and white truffle, bright and mineral, harmonious. So good that you can't stop drinking but be patient, this is a big Sauvignon that would age beautifully longer than a decade.
